Dear Admins and Respected FIB Curator,

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to raise some concerns regarding a recent situation that occurred involving an LEO (Federal Investigation Bureau) member while off duty, engaging in actions within the ghetto without proper roleplay justification or backup support.

In the provided POV, the officer can be seen entering the ghetto area alone, initiating combat ("clapping") without any clear in-character (IC) reasoning. Later, while giving medical attention, the officer mentions that he was "searching" me. However, there appears to be no prior roleplay or IC justification for this search.

My concerns are as follows:

  1. Unjustified Action in Ghetto: The ghetto is widely recognized as a criminal territory. How is it acceptable for an LEO to enter this area while off duty and initiate hostile actions without proper IC backing or a legitimate RP reason?
  2. Lack of Proper Procedure: The officer processed me alone, without any convoy, backup, or support. This seems to violate State Rule 5.5, which addresses arrest and transport protocols. Is it acceptable for an officer to single-handedly take someone from a hostile area like the ghetto?
  3. Misuse of Undercover Roleplay: While I understand this may be presented as an undercover operation, it lacks proper structure and RP flow. According to State Rule 5.10, undercover operations must be executed with realistic roleplay and proper bio setup. In this case, there was no bio or IC build-up indicating an ongoing investigation.
  4. Violation of Rule 5.12 and Corrupt RP Boundaries: The officer told us to “run for your life” instead of attempting arrests when we were clearly involved in criminal activity. If this was part of an undercover investigation, why was there no attempt to gather intelligence or make arrests? This behavior could be seen as corrupt or vigilante-style RP, which is not permitted without prior approval or bio.
  5. Confiscation Without Due Process: Items were confiscated during this encounter with no clear roleplay of investigation or legal process. This raises concerns regarding abuse of LEO powers under the guise of an undercover role.

Request for Review:

I humbly request the FIB Curator and Admin Team to thoroughly review the attached POV and evaluate the situation based on the GRAND RP standards and state rules. I believe this incident may have lacked proper RP, coordination, and realism, and I trust the team will pass a fair and unbiased judgment.

Thank you for your time and attention.
