car was parked at a parking lot in the first clip then id 91864 pulls up and starts looking at it. Later in the second clip he seen stealing the car. and third clip of him saying it was parked where he was stealing it at even tho its seen the first clip of it parked in a parking lot and him looking at. Please judge fairly
