I was permanently banned about a year ago. I disregarded massive penalties and I would like to apologize for that. I was young back then and did not really think about what I was doing. In the meantime, I have grown older and I know what I will improve going forward. I have invested a lot of effort and time into my account, which is important to me. I would be happy about a positive response and hope for a lift of the ban.
