2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (Provide three reasons with an explanation)
First of all, I have been involved in this project for a long time, serving in both state and crime orgs.
I have enough experience to become a leader, and I possess strong leadership qualities.
I have friends to support me, and I am confident I can complete two terms without any warnings, especially with active organizations like SAHP under Tau Sir's term.
My deputy is ready, my family is ready to support me, and I have full confidence that if I am selected for the interview, I will become the Chief of Police.
I have an experienced HC team, so I will be able to complete two terms without receiving any warnings.
In my opinion, LSPD is an important organization, and I will make sure it remains that way. If I become the leader of LSPD, I will strive to enhance RolePlay as much as possible.
My first organization was LSPD, and that was where I first held a High Command position. This allowed me to gain enough experience to lead the organization.
My biggest advantage is my activity—I will always be there for anyone who needs me.
I want to be the leader of this organization so that I can teach new members how things work in the State. I will reward everyone with rank-ups and bonuses.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization
3.1) Anyone who wants to join LSPD must have a good understanding of the city's rules. and must be at least 13 years old OOC and 10 years old IC.
Anyone who wants to join LSPD (HC) must have a Military ID. This way, they will always be ready for hostage situations, bank operations, transport missions, and more.Examinations will only be conducted via Discord.
Toxic behavior within the organization will be strictly prohibited. Likewise, there will be no toxicity toward other organizations.
I will strive to maintain communication between the State to ensure successful operations.
3.2) First, I will work on favoritism. Almost every organization has a common word: favoritism. In my term, I will not be in favor of favoritism. Besides, if anyone does this, immediate action will be taken against them. I will give people ranks only in the promotion ceremony, and the deserving people will only get the rank.
3.3) Under My I will try to add LI and EMS in every event it will help us to increase RP like a situation. Suppose in a hostage situation I will drop a 911 call for EMS and try to contact LI. LI can cover the news, take interviews, and make it more RPly better. Also, I will train all my units properly about how they can talk with other LEOs and maintain more professionalism.
3.4) I will ensure that all of my Deputies, Chief of Staffs and High Commands will be active. I will only give these high command ranks who will be active and can manage all the things. Also I will focus on a good relationship with all the other state organizations by sending my units in their special mission to help them.
