Dear Grand RP Senior Administration,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally raise my concern regarding the rejection of a forum complaint I submitted on May 19, 2025, at 18:15, concerning mass rule violations committed by multiple FIB officers.

In my original post, I clearly detailed violations of the following Grand RP rules:

• State Rule 5.5
• General Rule 6.4
• State Rule 5.10
• State Rule 5.12

A total of four FIB officers were involved, and my POV provides clear evidence of the infractions. Given the number of individuals and rules broken, I titled the forum appropriately as a "Mass Rule Break."

However, I am confused and disappointed with how my complaint has been handled:

• The forum was initially reviewed by Ricky Coldman, who locked it for the FIB curator’s input.
• No further action was taken for two days.
• Upon checking the forum, I noticed Ricky Coldman no longer holds an administrative status, appearing as a regular player.
• I then submitted an admin ticket on May 21, 2025, seeking clarity.
• AboSaif Pluxury responded briefly and then rejected my forum without explanation, despite my detailed evidence and the severity of the situation.

Additionally, I have seen many other forum cases (both approved and rejected) where administrators provide IDs or detailed responses. In my case, there was no mention of IDs or specific rationale behind the rejection, which adds to my confusion.

As per AboSaif Pluxury’s suggestion, creating a new forum post is not feasible because more than 48 hours have passed since the incident. The incident occurred at approximately 08:00 on May 19, making it impossible to repost without violating the rule on submission timeframes.

My Request:​

• I respectfully ask senior administration to review this matter.
• I request that the forum post be reopened or appropriately handled by a qualified administrator or curator.
• Those who were involved in clear rule-breaking behavior should be held accountable, as per Grand RP’s commitment to fairness and rule enforcement.

I strongly believe in upholding the integrity of Grand RP. My intention is not to target any player or organization unjustly but to ensure that rules apply equally to all, and that legitimate reports are not disregarded without due process.
