Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
For the first time when i came into the city i wanted to rule the city. For that i have spended my time in gangs and gained more experience. I have just completed one term of vagos as Deputy which was successfully ended. So, i feel like i am ready to take a leadership after this many experiences.
As i will be active like 6-7 hours in city, i will make sure to have high activity in the city. I will make sure there will be good numbers in every event. Also, i will make sure to capture all territory with good turf team.
As i can see terms are getting disbanded due to lack of knowledge about the gangs and cannot manage the gang. So, i will create good and deserving deputies and high command to make my term end successfully.

Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organisation?
I will make sure that to hire people will full formal process of interview so that there won't be people with zero knowledge so that gang won't do any rules break.
Bonus will be provided every end of the day so that people shouldn't get to wait for long time for bonus.
Those people will be blacklist who runs for ranks and hops gangs everyday, for this Logs will be checked daily.
We will try to make store robberies, hostage situations etc. as many as we can with proper RolePlay.
