Rejected Complaint against Admin Jason Pluxury

Hello today when I was driving to complete my quest, I just got jailed by Admin Jason Pluxury for UB Driving. After that I went to the forum and read the rules and I just realized that not driving on route is against the server rules. And yes I do repect the rules of the game but as a New Player like me, sometimes It's better to warn me once first because there's a lot of things that I still not know in the game ( and English is also not my first Language ) If there's someone call to me and explain that with a warning that Im not supposed to do that, If would be great!
Also we have Police Department in the game too, why don't we just let them chase after someone driving careless so we can enjoy the RP Moment with them?
