1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? Ans: i have been working on my self and trying to learn how everything works i am learning new things and judging each and everyone by myself but at this point i feel like i want to do more than just play a character, becoming and admin gives me a chance to create a better experience for everyone , not just by myself it’s less about leaving RP behind more about leveling up and countributing in a bigger way.
2. What are your strengths? Ans: i think my biggest strength is that im always trying to grow and improve not just for me but for others too. i dont like wasting time on things that dont matter i focus on what actually works. im straight forward and try to keep things real no fake stuff. also im consistent if i say ill do something i make sure i do it. i feel like these things can really help me as an admin.
3. What are your weaknesses?ans: sometimes i overthink stuff or try to be too perfect and it slows me down. i also find it hard to ask for help even when i need it i like figuring things out myself. but im working on it trying to balance things better and trust others more
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team? ans: i think i can bring calm thinking and fair judgement to the admin team. i dont rush into things i try to see both sides before deciding. im active and i listen to people not just staff but normal players too. also im good at handling stress i dont get triggered easy even in drama. i believe in keeping things chill but still getting things done right

Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application? ans: just that im serious about this i aint here just for the tag i actually wanna help the server grow and be better. ive been around for a while so i know how things work and what players usually deal with. im always open to learn and take feedback too not here to act like i know it all.
