I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the recent ban imposed on my friend, Silvia Hugo (User ID: 468885), by Admin Jason Pluxury. The action taken appears to be both unjustified and in violation of the platform’s own disciplinary guidelines, specifically in relation to rule GR 3.2.
Silvia was recently harassed by another player while participating in the game. The incident began when she was speaking in all-chat while driving, and the other player began following and harassing her based on her voice. Instead of addressing the harassment she endured, Silvia was banned—allegedly under GR 3.2—without a full investigation or hearing both sides of the story.
According to your own rules, GR 3.2 outlines a 180-minute mute or a 7-day ban as potential disciplinary actions. In this case, not only does it seem the more severe punishment was chosen arbitrarily, but it also raises serious concerns as to why the victim of harassment is the one penalized, especially without transparent reasoning or a fair process.
This situation has led to growing concern among members of the community about Admin Jason Pluxury’s actions. Multiple players have noticed a trend of aggressive disciplinary decisions—frequent jailing, blocking, or banning—raising questions about impartiality and potential abuse of administrative power.
I respectfully request a formal review of Silvia Hugo’s ban, a reevaluation of the situation based on both parties’ perspectives, and clarification on how such decisions are being made.
