As per my pov you can see at 0:30 he started writing which is related to rp in no rp chat. after this at 0:49 he gave me money without fearing for his life. and at 1:00 we told him to run without car but he ran with car. and 1:17 he did cr with my friend and after running with he came back to provoke us. and later he got punished for meta gaming.
