I was chasing a gang person while FZ of ID 611 and due to the blast we both were unconscious and as you can see in the video (provided video) Timeline : from 02:35 and IC time 16:06 an person with ID 108631 directly came to him though there is no possible way to know his location (possible metagaming) he came and killed person with ID 611 which is considered as (Mercy Killing) requesting for his POV.
