2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1: When i started this project my first organization was SAHP. This org has a special place in my heart.I have been working in a lot of departments with knowledge.After realizing how state orgs work i worked in a lot of orgs as High Command.
2.2: In my term i would like to fix the main problem is favoritism.I have seen a lot of people giving high ranks to unskilled persons and i will try my best to stop favoritism.I will try to hire a lot of high commands that can watch it 24/7 and lead events to win all events.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
First i will make sure HRT team is ready to hire newbies help them for being new officer.They will always keep eye on new officers and help with their training.
Second i will introduce new tactics on SWAT department that all officers can stay focused and be ready to win events and make rp more better
