I started playing grand RP in 2022, during this time I have learned a lot about the game and the people. My goal when I started playing was to learn about the functions. Over time I became more experienced. Most of my time on this game was in the state section. Starting in government working my way around all the organizations eventually brought me to FIB. It didn't occur to me the power of FIB once I first joined. I moved back to LSPD where I spent most of my time. Then I became the leader of LSPD, which did not end too well unfortunately but I learned a lot from this on how to lead organizations.

I joined Satriko Narcos's FIB as the deputy head of undercover, this changed my perspective on FIB when I was working to get the fastest raid season every day and later getting promoted to Chief of Staff. From that day on, I stayed in FIB and tried to do my best for the organization all the time. Later I became deputy leader in Weedy Shakespeare's term in which I served for 60 days. After this Elrussi Flawless took FIB which I was also deputy in. During my time as deputy, I learned countless number of things and made myself better at leading events and leading my people in general.

My goals for this FIB term are ambitious but I believe I can accomplish these goals; we won't just win events. I want to shape the organization in a way where future leaders can continue the legacy of my term. In my opinion I think FIB has been run incorrectly and that is why I want leader; I will ensure that the 3 letters on the uniform of agents will be upheld

State organizations should work together; they need to protect the city as one. And from our part as FIB, our departments which are SAU, Spec Ops and Undercover will work together as departments and this is what we should do with other organizations and do everything to protect the city in the best way possible. Working together will increase the LEO activity in the city, which is the thing that I want to do most.

Internally, I will focus on creating realistic roleplay as well as keeping the organization fun. There are clearance levels that are put in place in FIB which are CSC, SSC, TSSC, and TSSCI these will be used to protect classified information and to establish a clear chain of command in my term. This would mean that TSSCI and TSSC would get briefings on gang raids and special missions we do. I want to use these clearance levels in a way that will benefit the organization instead of just them having no use.


Since I will be giving mission briefings, this could lead to a leak in raids and operations that we will conduct. My goal is to assemble my units within 15 minutes of notification and be able to conduct the operation safely and without any LEO casualties. During my first week, all these things will be explained to my organization members through High command and Organizational meetings.


To promote roleplay within organizations, I plan on having a team of people that will come out with press releases and speak to the public about what my FIB has done recently to help the city as well as I would like to host events such as the Hostage situation at the capitol that was done through investigation from the LEOS.

Why should you pick me as a leader?

I think I am an honest and consistent person. I always like constructive criticism to make myself better, sometimes I take this game too seriously as well in which I am fully focused and devoted to doing better. With all my ideas to make FIB better, I think I can revolutionize the organization and create a better environment for everyone including gang members. I want to make my organization in which everyone feels safe to give their opinion as well as feel heard in general. My leadership style as a leader and deputy will be very different. As a deputy, I like to play in a way in which we win events, but as a leader, I want to make the organization better. Rather than me having fun I want others to have fun so that my term can be remembered and my legacy can be continued.
In my term I will have 5 main departments in my organization. Undercover Division, Human Resources, Special Anti-Terrorist Unit, Special Operations and Internal Affairs. These departments will always in some way be correlated to one another, this is how my organization will succeed with teamwork.

Human Resources which is mainly responsible for the hiring and training of agents, this department lacks a lot lately due to the lack of motivation in the department. I will motivate the people in this department by increasing the bonus structure and rooting out all favoritism in the organization. My bonus structure will be as follows:

Human resources will be in charge for making sure the agents are ready to hit the streets and be seasonable agents that will benefit the organization and the roleplay in general in the whole server.


Special Operations is in charge of catching wanted criminals and hunting down cannabis that should be destroyed. During my term I will minimize solo patrols as its unrealistic and we will be focusing on working in teams rather then solo to endorse good team work. Team work in an organization can go a longway so I believe this would be fitting specially for Spec ops.

The Undercover Division which is the heart and main department of the FIB, is responsible for taking evidence from crime scenes. They are also tasked with surveilling the dangerous areas in the city (Ghetto). There will also be other missions for this division such as conducting black market busts in which they will search cars in the black market and arrest the owners of these cars.


Special Anti-Terroist Unit which is responsible for leading and planning events. In high pressure situations they will be the ones taking the lead in leading alongside the Director of the Federal Investigation Bureau. The SAU departemnt will be very limited and will only have roughly 20 spots for the best of the best shooters and tactic makers.

As well as if you are in SAU you can not join Spec ops and vice versa.

Internal Affairs
which is headed by the Internal Affairs Captain will be conducting various activities to make sure there is no misconduct/corruption in the organization. They will be tasked with doing Armory Logs, Trunk Searches, Bodycam Checks, License Checks, and random searches for agents. Their job will be one of the most important in FIB to regulate and eliminate any sort of favoritism or corruption that there is in the organization.

To Improve the roleplay in the organization and server
Firstly, We will be adding a new most wanted bulletin board for criminals who are known leaders/deputies of Gangs to endorse RP and to keep a fear factor going in the city. This will be done by taking a deep UC and getting roster evidence from them.

Second, We will be conducting regular training sessions, tactical and nontactical with all state organizations and have Lifeinvader film some of them that are not classified. During this, we will have a medical team on standby to include EMS also in the RP. These training drills can make LEOs better at events so that they know exactly what to do in each situation that they could be facing. Some training that I would like to conduct are mock NG raids and hostage situations. We want to make LEOs great, we can do this by leading by example. Once the high commands start doing something the normal employees will always catch on and one day they will also be high commands teaching other people these things.

Thirdly, there will be gangs that have fewer numbers in the state as always. When raiding them we won't treat it as a less priority. Like in the real world, you always have to be prepared for everything which is exactly what we will do. We will use heli + spec ops breach + spike strips + Flank Teams. Record all raids to broadcast them later through Lifeinvader with an edited video.


Fourth, FIB will be conducting regular checkpoints, ghetto patrols, and patrolling around known gang headquarters and setting up perimeters outside the HQ to monitor them. Installing a fear factor to the citizens is a must in my opinion. People will start to respect state organizations more than they do currently.

A lot of ranks have been changed so I will quickly give my explanation of them all.

Firstly, I removed Assistant Director this was done so that high commands spots are more limited, and I believe the rank doesn't serve a purpose as Chief of Staff usually is the same.

Secondly, Executive Agent was removed which a lot of terms in the past have used, I believe this rank just endorses rank chasing and is a filer rank so more spots can be given for secret agent which I don't honestly like, so I removed it.

Third, Elite Senior Special Agent was renamed to Senior Elite Agent for the more ease of pronouncing it and it sounds nice.

Fourth, the 00 agent was moved to rank 27 rather than the standard 24. This is because these agents are handpicked elite agents who will work together with each other and will respond only to the director and his deputies. Of course, this doesn't change the fact that they can still be IA inspected but since they are considered elite, I believe this should be the rank placement for them.
