1. Leader of LSPD
Why do I want to be a leader of this organization
1. I have strong Leo experience and a clear goal,
While I have not been part of LSPD before, I have served as a Deputy in other law enforcement organizations for three terms. That experience has given me a solid understanding of how to manage officers, motivate a team, and lead by example. My goal is to help build a team where officers feel supported, recognized, and motivated. I plan to reward hard work through bonuses and regular promotions, and I also want to inspire new players by showing what strong and realistic RP looks like.
2. I have a clear vision for how departments should work,
Even without being part of LSPD directly, I have spent time understanding how each department can contribute to a strong and realistic RP experience: • Internal Affairs should keep the organization clean and ensure all rules are followed
• Human Resources should focus on training, recruitment, and activity tracking
• SWAT should receive regular training and work with Secret Service to protect high-profile individuals
• Detectives should collect evidence, help fight drug and gang activity, and support larger investigations
• Public Relations should connect LSPD with the community through legal and engaging events
• Parking Enforcement should help new officers gain early experience and keep the city safe With the right leadership, each of these departments can work together to form a powerful and respected organization.
3. I want to raise the standard of roleplay and team culture,
My focus as a leader will be on maintaining high-quality RP. That means no breaking character, using proper commands, and keeping everything as realistic as possible. Officers should know how to properly use bodycams, issue fines, and search vehicles with solid RP lines. I also believe in keeping good relations with other organizations and teaching officers how to handle situations with professionalism. Just as important, I want to build a team where every officer feels heard. Good ideas and feedback will always be welcomed. When officers feel respected and involved, they perform better and take pride in their role.
