As far as i know, leos have 2 options while doing corruption, they can take bribe and let suspect go or they can take suspects to the DOC ( If suspect refuse to give money etc ) They are not allowed to kill the suspect. Here this guy confiscated all my items then killed and finished me, he didn't took bribe and refuse to take me to DOC. Here is his Biography in which the Senior State rejected the outcome 9 which says that "xxxx can kill anyone to cover tracks of illegal activities (With proper reason and RP and in accordance with General Rule 6.15).

Before you proceed to punished me for Fear RP - Let me make this clear, the individual asked me "any last word" & i responded "You are a mug" ( Here i already know that he is going to kill the character so ICly its fine for me to say my last words ).
