I have gained significant experience on this server and have been part of several gangs at high ranks. Through this journey, I’ve developed a solid understanding of how organizations operate. I now feel confident in my ability to lead a gang and take it to the next level.
Guidance and Support for New Members
I’ve noticed that many new members in gangs are often not properly guided on how to participate in gang activities. As a leader, I want to change that. I’ll focus on training and supporting newcomers so they feel confident and capable within the organization.
Building a Dominant and Respected Gang
My goal is to turn this organization into one of the most dangerous and respected gangs in the city. I’ll work hard with my team to ensure we dominate in events, grow strong internally, and build a reputation that stands out across the server.

Bonuses for Activity:
Implementing a bonus system to reward active members will encourage more participation and loyalty, which in turn will increase overall gang activity and success.
Hiring More People:
Recruiting members from diverse backgrounds and other families will increase the roleplay diversity and bring in fresh perspectives, enhancing the gang’s overall engagement.
