Hello dear Floki

I'm making this complaint to appeal a verbal that I got today considering a forum made against my units
In the video it shows that when a gun fight was going on one of my officers placed a player in cuffs while he's shooting wich I completely agree that it's considered as PG but Mr Hassan gave me a verbal for it. I am not here to question Mr Hassan decision I'm mainly here to put in question that if what my officers did deserve a verbal or no


I respect what ever decision Mr Floki will make regarding this forum and have a good day.
