The player flew into the area with a helicopter. I gave him a verbal demand to leave the area within 5 seconds. In the video, you can see that I was holding the talk button on the right side of the screen.
After the demand, the player entered the helicopter. I assumed he was complying and leaving. But instead, he turned around and intentionally flew the helicopter directly into me, killing me.
He never gave me any demands or initiated roleplay before attacking — this makes it RDM.
The use of the helicopter to kill me is clear VDM.
And the whole act of diving a helicopter into someone is completely unrealistic — FailRP.
