1. I want to make an organization where everyone protects each other and respects 1 an other were people feel welcome to join and become apart of the loving family were we all get along and no insults to each other
2. My second reason of becoming leader of Marabunta Grande is to stop and remove toxicity from the org and Lead with respect and loyalty and Teach org member so they can learn from each other Also My target is to make bunta active as this was my first ever org as crime in city I joined

My Third reason is my rank and bonus system that will be much different from other term Ill give some criteria's and interview system for the High Command Ill make sure there will be no favouritism or disrespect in the org Also ill make it clear all people that wants to be apart of this family they need to be no city rule breaking so they must know the basic city rules
