In First POV u can see ID 73073 and ID 74433 is shooting from inside circle while i am outside of circle.

ER 1.11 During events with a red circles, all players must be inside a red circle. Shooting outside the zone is forbidden.

In Second POV u can see ID 74433 is using LMG which is forbidden in every circle event.

ER 1.6 Machine guns and sniper rifles are forbidden.
