2. Why I Want to Lead SAHP
I want to lead the San Andreas Highway Patrol because I have been part of City 3 for a long time and believe I have the skills to manage this organization effectively.
With past experience as High Command in SAHP, I understand how the department works, what it needs, and how to improve it. My time in FIB has also helped me handle tough situations, work with other agencies, and make smart decisions under pressure.
I am very active in the city, attending events with the maximum number of units under my command. My leadership style is hands-on, focused on teamwork, communication, and professionalism. I believe in leading by example and maintaining discipline while keeping morale high.
SAHP is more than just traffic control—it is an essential part of public safety. My goal is to make highways secure, strengthen cooperation with other departments, and serve the government with dedication.
3. My Advise to Improve Roleplay in SAHP
To make the roleplay experience better and more professional, I plan to introduce the following improvements:
Better Training for New Members
- Organize detailed training sessions for recruits to teach them proper roleplay, law enforcement procedures, and communication skills.
- Make sure everyone understands the rules so we prevent mistakes and rule-breaking.
More Events & Public Interaction
- Have SAHP join more events to connect with citizens and build trust.
- Host fashion shows, car and bike exhibitions, and other fun activities to make our presence strong in the city.
Clear Communication Rules
- Use standard radio codes and etiquette to keep messages clear and professional.
- Make sure officers always follow proper communication rules in serious situations.
Recognition & Promotions
- Introduce a "Officer of the Week" award to reward those who show great roleplay and dedication.
- Hold three promotion ceremonies per term to encourage officers to stay active and keep improving.
Stronger Teamwork & Discipline
- Build a positive work environment where team members respect each other and work together.
- No tolerance for toxicity or rule-breaking—anyone causing issues will face immediate action.
- Officers will be appreciated for their hard work and dedication to keep morale high.

Each department will have a commander and a Chief of Department who will handle operations and decision-making.
Department Overview:
- Human Resources (HR): Manages recruitment, promotions, training, and logs for all officers.
