(Sorry for the bad video voice) First of all this guy shoot me from bloods hq and i normally go away in video you can see the bullet its coming from bloods hq and he continues maybe its 2 different guys idk but you can see the first guy who shooting me and when im dead one guy in bloods hq trying to finish me which is mercy kill.

Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to Deny this report

Evidence is not clear. Cannot conclude clearly if someone was shooting and unable to see the person shooting so cant get the ID as well.
