I was recently banned by the anti-cheat system and would like to kindly ask you to review the case.
Earlier today, I was playing on server de01 and was exploring the area. At some point, I unexpectedly glitched through the ground and was then teleported back into the air. I have no idea what caused this and want to clarify that I do not use any cheats or unauthorized modifications.
It’s possible this may have been a false detection, and I would really appreciate it if you could take another look at the situation.
