Rejected Ban for GR 1.9

Dear Admin i hope this Forum finds u well.
I really donot know why i got banned i was enjoying my lone time in the city i was doing the new event i was greeting people. I went to greet a person then i got this ban.The person i went to greet has other part of key (event). I pressed merge key then instantly i got GR 1.9. As i recall i had 1 house in ghetto i sold it for 1 million.I do not recall any other things that i sold.If any thing is done please excuse me. I hope i did not do any mistake. please help me remove the ban.
