2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Answer:
1. Before applying for the leadership of this organization, I worked in all the gangs and legal orgs like Marabunta, Families, Ballas, Bloods, Government, EMS, NG, ETC.. in Ballas i worked as Deputy in past also in NG i worked as Curator Of HR Department 2 times in past in which i gained too much experience in illegal as well as legal orgs by which i gets knowledge of both organizations, legal and illegal and also i leads many events in both legal & illegal orgs and right now i am in Vagos gang, also i ran my own family in past. And now i think i have enough experience to become the Leader of Bloods Gang and i was able to keep up with this pace and lead, and I want to show that as Bloods Leader. During my leadership I want to help people and develop RP, while we maintain an healthy and respectful environment for everyone.
2. I am passionate to braking law and order of legal orgs. Having served in multiple capacities within the Bloods Gang and other unofficial organizations, I understand the importance of discipline, organization, and strong leadership. As the leader, I aim to bring structure, boost recruitment, enhance training protocols, and ensure the safety of all the gang members.
3. Me, my family and friends are experienced for this org. I will create a full army and make Bloods Gang more active and disciplined illegal organization. There will be no place for toxicity, me and my gang members can fun together in The Bloods. I will promote unity and loyalty within the gang to strengthen our influence and dominance across the city.

- I will make a good experienced team of Turfer.
- I will make a good bonus system in order to make my members more interested towards the organisation as everyone will enjoy the payment for their work.
- I will monitor the logs and the behaviours of the people of my organisation by myself at the end of everyday to make things run smoothly in my organisation.
- As a leader, I will keep the gang active by joining events like clands , battleships, and stores.
- There will be no favouritism for deputies and high command rank in the organisation.
