1. Why do you wish to become an admin and retire from RP life?
Since I spent a few years in RP, I believe I am now ready to give back in a deeper manner—through assisting the community as an admin. I have had experience being an admin on EN2 in the past, and this helped me learn quite well about how to handle situations, help players, and ensure the server is kept running smoothly. Now, I wish to shift away from being in the middle of the RP and helping behind the scenes, ensuring everyone else enjoys themselves.
2. What are your strengths?
I remain patient when situations get chaotic. I am able to communicate with people and calm them down. I'm familiar with the equipment used by the staff and always endeavor to remain unbiased and make sound judgments. I'm also very organized and reliable.
3. What are your weaknesses?
Currently, I don't have problems that would undermine my performance in this position. I am set and ready to assume responsibilities.
4. What can you contribute to the admin team?
I possess experience, a level-headed approach to decision-making, and good communication skills. I make sure that I listen to all parties before making a choice, and I strive to keep things fair-minded and thoughtful. I also enjoy planning and being organized, and that comes in handy in accomplishing my work quickly
5. Will you sell your business?
Yes, I do not own any business currently and firmly agree with this rule.
6. Do you have any IRL issues that could impact your activity?
No, I'm working daily and do not have any outside issues that would influence my commitment.

I hope to create a constructive, helpful community. I like to be part of a team and strive to find opportunities to learn and become better. I would truly like to assist the server to grow and to make a better world for all of us.
