1 I’ve been with SAHP for a while now started as a rookie and made my way up to high command commander I've put a lot of time into this org and got solid experience in both legal and illegal orgs I've seen what works and what doesn't I believe with that experience I can lead SAHP in the right way keep it active and give members a proper structure and purpose
2 I’ve been around since early days in the city and been HC in almost every org My leadership style is pretty chill I like being approachable helping members understand things keeping the org drama free and making sure everyone has something to do I believe in leading from the front building a strong core and treating everyone equally
3 I really wanna focus on training and appreciation I’ll make sure new members get fast and effective training and I’ll introduce a bonus system with daily rewards to keep motivation up I believe if you give people a reason to show up they’ll always give their best

3 Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
Building good relationships with other orgs is key I’ll keep communication open with state orgs like LSPD FIB and Ems so we can work together and avoid conflicts I also want to create a family vibe in SAHP where we learn from mistakes have fun and respect each other
I’ll focus on recruiting from all time zones to keep coverage strong and plan public events and surveys to connect with the community and take feedback seriously so we can improve both RP and engagement from all sides
