Additional information
1. Leader of Emergency Medical services
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1. After spending 21 years in the city, I've seen firsthand where EMS can improve, from faster response times to better coordination with LEOs during major incidents. As leader, I want to build a strong, active, and reliable EMS team that helps save more lives and earns the respect of the entire city I've been in every legal org and every time I always think to my self it would be amazing if ems would be more responsive to situations and that's what I'm hear to fix.
2. I've been in EMS for so long , I’ve learned how the city operates, how to communicate clearly in high-pressure situations, and how to train others. I want to use that knowledge to mentor new EMS members, create proper training programs, and make sure every medic is confident and professional in there field. I will have many different training rooms with set trainers for each division. I believe by the end of my term everyone will love the org and master there role and possibly end up being leader themselves.
3. EMS is more than just a job to me it’s about helping others. I’ve seen too many citizens suffer because of a slow or disorganized response. As leader, I’ll focus on community engagement, roleplay quality, and making EMS not just efficient, but respected and appreciated by everyone in the city. I will make sure we always have workers on calls and in the hospital my org will always be active and we will never suffer low number of medics.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. I will host weekly RP-based training sessions with realistic emergency situations car crashes, shootings, medical rescues. This helps members react properly under pressure, use correct medical terms, and stay in character no matter what’s happening around them. This will teach them the right way to do things and help the High commands correct there mistakes.
2. I will make sure every EMS member knows the importance of professional RolePlay. That means no rushing revives, no breaking character, and always interacting with injured players using /me and /do commands. Setting these standards and giving feedback will help everyone grow and become better at there job.
3. To motivate members, I’d recognize and promote those who consistently show great RP. Whether it’s through ranks, bonuses, or public shootouts rewarding good RP sets a strong example and builds a culture where realism and effort are respected. This should also help them focus and do more work to get these rewards.
