Why Do You Want to Be the Leader of EMS?

1. Deep Understanding of EMS and its History

I have witnessed both the highs and lows of EMS. From seeing our members arguing over lobby coverage to experiencing empty lobbies with no support. I’ve seen excellent leadership, and I’ve also seen poor decision-making under pressure. I don’t desire this position for status or recognition — I want it because I care about EMS and the people in it. A true leader serves, understands their team, and aims to leave the position with a clear conscience and a legacy of fairness and progress.

2. Operational Experience and Commitment

I have firsthand experience managing teams, organizing schedules, maintaining EMS vehicle fleets, and ensuring stock availability. With this knowledge, I feel equipped to handle leadership responsibilities. I believe it’s crucial not to hand over leadership to someone unfamiliar with the EMS structure and its personnel — people who dedicate themselves daily to saving lives in Los Santos deserve a leader who values and understands their efforts.

3. Ideas for Improvement and Better Functionality
  • Stricter Recruitment and Better Training: Focus on recruiting mature, respectful, and committed individuals.
  • Reward System: Regular bonus distributions to motivate and appreciate top-performing members.
  • Time-Based Coverage: Ensure shift rotations cover all time zones for better city-wide medical availability.

To enhance RP, the leader must be an example — someone who understands and performs high-quality RP and can pass that skill on to others. EMS already has the tools; it’s about having the right person in charge to use them effectively. We need to maintain consistency, immerse new recruits into proper RP culture, and hold regular IC and OOC workshops to keep standards high.
