Hello,
my name is Moha Elmorad, and my account ID is 171247. I was permanently banned on June 6th for violating rule 1.1 regarding account sharing.
First of all, I fully understand the reason for the ban now, and I take full responsibility for what happened. However, I’d like to share my situation honestly and respectfully, because I never acted with bad intentions or to harm the server.
I started playing on the server in early 2022, and at that time, the rule about account sharing either didn’t exist or wasn’t clearly communicated. I was active, truly enjoyed the RP, and put a lot of time and energy into the game. Sadly, my account was hacked in 2023 - all my vehicles, items, and money were stolen.
I immediately contacted the admins, explained everything in detail, and asked for help. While they couldn’t recover my items, they did show me who had taken my belongings and where they ended up. That situation really demotivated me, and I stopped playing for a long time.
Now, in June 2026, I decided to return. I repurchased GTA and logged back into my account, which was still empty. I was excited to start fresh and rebuild everything from zero. I became very active again and enjoyed every minute on the server.
During that time, I remembered that a close friend, who no longer plays, still had some of my old items. So I let a friend log into my account, and I used his to transfer the things back to me.
At no point did I realize that this was now a serious rule violation. Had I known, I would have never done it. My intention was never to gain anything unfair — I simply wanted back what was originally mine.
I've never cheated, never wanted to abuse the system, and this is my first and only mistake in all these years. I care deeply about the server and this community, and I’m truly hoping for a second chance.
I now fully understand the rule and its importance. I can promise that this situation will never happen again.
