2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
First, SAHP has always had a special place for me since it was the first organization I joined. Although there are some aspects of SAHP I do not like, I will change them. Because I now have experience in many organizations. Based on these experiences, I will elevate SAHP just like the others. Because what makes an organization important is not the name, but the leader. And I believe I will be the leader who achieves that.
Secondly, I don't like the management and activity of SAHP lately. They are very undisciplined and inactive. This has been going on for many terms. I will change this. I will enter every event with maximum numbers. I believe I can achieve this. I will work very hard for this. In short, during my term, no one will just wait at HQ. Participation in events will be mandatory. Those who do not comply will be heavily punished. And my main goal is to make SAHP the best organization.
The third reason, according to my experience, SAHP receives more new players and this is much better for me. Because new players are coming since SAHP has lost its reputation, now only people with high ranks are returning. But I will change this. I have many attractive ideas to make everyone want to join SAHP. I will implement these and make SAHP a respected and senior organization again. I was able to achieve part of this last term, and I will fully achieve it this term.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
Bonus System
I will have a high bonus system. In some cases, I will pay out of my own pocket. This way, people will not make mistakes and will be active.
HR (Human Resources)
We will train new people, and HR, the most important department, will do this. HR will not only train but also bring new people into the city and solve problems between them. The main department in my term, the backbone department, will be HR.
IA (Human Resources)
IA will conduct audits. It will first audit HR and check the people they train. It will also audit other departments. This way, favoritism will not be allowed.
UC
With this department, we will assist FIB and contribute to gang raids. Specially selected people will be involved in this department.
HWP
This department will ensure highway safety, issue fines, and make arrests. It will show SAHP's activity and will be heavily monitored.
SWAT
This department will manage GPs. We will regularly go to GP. We will organize special operations, and SWAT will be responsible for these. SWAT will have special training and tests, and only those who pass them can become SWAT. SWATs will not only participate in events but also organize them.
