Dear Admin Team,
I was banned on April 28th during a PC check with Mr. Stefano. My appeal was later denied by Mr. Bobby for alleged dishonesty. I was nervous and simply unsure if I had changed my social username—there was no intent to lie.
As a new player, I misunderstood the rules, which don’t mention anything about username changes. I sincerely apologize and ask for one more chance to return and enjoy the game with my friends.
