Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- I want a crew that does not only survive in the ghetto but rules it.
Bloods gang ain’t just about rocking red, it’s about making our presence felt. I want a crew that’s feared, respected, and is focused on power, money, and reputation. We move smart, stay loyal, and play deep in the RP world.
- The Streets need structure and Bloods are here to maintain it.
Gangs aren’t just chaos they move and work together. As a leader, I’m building a smart, organized crew where everyone and every move has purpose. We don’t act tough we act with a meaning. That's how we will rule.
- I stay calm in under pressure and difficult situations
When things go bad shootouts, cops, drama a real leader steps up. I stay calm, think quick, and help my people through it. Being a leader means they trust you when bad stuff happens.
Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
-Unnecessary Gun fights and following all state rules (IC and OOC)
Gunfights will only take place if necessary and will be used only if intimidated or for other RP reasons. All gang members must and will follow state rules whether its IC or OOC.
- Full compliance with server rules will be mandatory
Metagaming power gaming and fail rp will not be tolerated. New members should pass a interview which includes basic rules like meta gaming, fail rp etc. They will also be guided by experienced players mostly High Commands that will help them fully understand the rules and how to dominate.
- A rank system and role distribution will be placed.
Every Gang member will have a specific Rank and role for example spray teams, turfers and others. This will ensure that we complete all the task faster and more efficiently
