Additional information
1. Leader of...

I am applying for the leader of LSPD.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

- LSPD was actually the first organization I joined when I got into the city. It taught me the basic ropes and rules of the city and how LEOs function. It was my first stepping stone as a LEO. In my first term, I got upto Senior Officer and then in the next term I climbed upto DHOD of IA. Where then I gained experience in other organizations and joined many different terms of LSPD in the process holding different ranks such as TFO, HOD, DA multiple times under various different leaders. I feel like I should give my shot at being a leader of the org now.

- LSPD has so much potential in the city, I will focus on increasing the towing units, traffic stops, more checkpoints and overall increase the functionality of the traffic-related aspect of the organization rather than making it a purely crime-shooting org. This will help maintain balance between those two things while also increasing the LSPD presence within the city, encouraging citizens to always be on a lookout for cops in the city and avoid speeding.

- I want to increase the QUALITY of roleplay in the organization, such as asking for things like licenses in a traffic stop, which would logically be asked for but is often overlooked in traffic stops, where org members focus purely on arrests, rather than trying to make the arrest feel more realistic and actually roleplay the situation. Moreover, I'd emphasize on improving the Public Relations department as well, submitting more articles through LI, publishing news on our org discord, issuing public safety letters and other PR-related things that would help improve the org.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

- As said previously, I've got various plans to improve the RP in the org. One of them being increasing our Public Relations quality, doing things that actually get our message to people in the city. Doing more CNNs, publishing articles, better usage of state waves, more fun PR events for citizens. All these things would collectively help improve the overall reach of the PR department and improve the engagement between the org and citizens.

- Officers should be encouraged to improve the quality their roleplay in traffic stops, instead of rushing and trying to arrest citizens. It's simply too unrealistic. Giving tickets in a traffic stop should be prioritized by our org members instead of trying to find the tiniest reasons to detain and then arrest them. This would also encourage people to actually pull over and try to roleplay with our org members.

- Verbal communication plays a huge part in roleplay. Officers should speak calmly and in a proper tone roleplaying as a cop instead of shouting demands or things that they learnt off of others. Ethics code and moral behaviors would be monitored and encouraged by High Command members. Whereas officers will be put into retraining if they break it. Clear and verbal communication should be encouraged to help improve RP.

- In my term, I will have the following departments:
- Internal Affairs.
- Human Resources.
- SWAT.
- Traffic Enforcement.
- Public Relations.
What will be different is that each department, especially SWAT will be encouraged to come up with different and more effective plans in situations like store robberies and such in coordination with FIB, SWAT should only have people who can actually communicate and shoot properly, not just everyone who wants to stay for bonuses, whereas all the other departments should also focus more on their quality of members instead of rushing for more and more numbers. I will closely monitor all departments, their activity, behavior of the HCs and so on to ENSURE that we have good people in our org.

Overall, my aim is to bring quality and better roleplay into the org instead of rushing for numbers or trying to set off records. I want to bring back the proper LSPD back to the city, where roleplay is prioritized instead of arrests or getting as many numbers as we can.

Thanks for reading my application.
