Rejected Mass Rule Violation I 32516

hello dear admin,
I was going on harbor with my fam members but this player 32516 violate rules like GR 6.15 + provoking + ER 1.2 .As you can see in pov he killed in between event which is er1.2 me and my fam member both got killed and its a gr 6.15 also then he was provoking us .
