2.1 I worked under Three leaders and have been with EMS for almost 3 months. Under this time, I worked as a COS for Two term. My experience of being the COS of EMS has given me the chance to show my knowledge regarding the challenges and strengths of the organization and my knowledge of the organization itself. I have Experience in all EMS events such as Sub, ACC, Bank, and so on.
2.2 I am dedicated to building a positive, supportive environment in EMS that is not toxic. My style emphasizes lifting and inspiring team members, creating an environment where everyone feels empowered and valued to do their best. I aim to have a positive environment that fosters productivity and cohesion throughout EMS.
2.3 I will ensure to foster friendly and inclusive communication among all. By engaging in genuine conversation, listening to each other, and being respectful to each other, I will ensure that all feel heard and understood. As we stay focused on working together, being kind, and respecting each other, we will develop stronger bonds, support one another, and work together more effectively.
3. Your recommendations for enhancing RolePlay level in the company.
3.1 I will instruct my employees and high commands that they should make the duty timing very transparent so some particular employees who receives pressure and who think some negative things about org or employee, they feel relaxed and enjoy their duty.
3.2 We must ensure we have sufficient staff for all Night shifts, and We must need every citizen for an interview primarily for the night shift My objective all lobbies are covered 24/7.
3.3 if i am awarded EMS term so no corruption & no favoritism. And one additional thing if i get opportunity will make EMS the most active organization.
