Today I joined an illegal Discord server and was shocked to find a video of myself being PC checked In this video, my IP address personal files and private information were exposed without my knowledge or consent Even more alarming I saw banned accounts and confidential data that should never be public
This situation raises a major concern if I get hacked or someone gains access to my files as a result of this PC check who will be held responsible? Will I be compensated for the damage caused by this clear violation of my privacy?
After thoroughly researching this practice I found that PC checks are illegal in over 98% of countries worldwide Forcing players to screen share or reveal personal files violates privacy laws and data protection regulations.
This means that by enforcing PC checks, you are actively violating international privacy laws, and this can have legal consequences.
I am now requesting that you immediately stop all PC check practices and remove any existing videos or data related to my check. If not, I will be forced to take legal action and report this case to Rockstar Games as I have already contacted them and was clearly told that PC checks are illegal and not allowed under their policies.
Please treat this matter seriously. I expect a resolution and a response as soon as possible.
