1. First of all, this organization needs to have a leader, and I see myself as suitable for this job.2. Secondly, I want to go to gang events and give people bonus money because the gang is a place that can earn money.3. I want to unite with people who are enemies of the police in the city and distract the police with store robberies, making other gang members happy. Additionally, I want to be a gang leader because it is my dream; I have been a deputy in many gangs before, but I could never be like a leader.

First, we can take hostages and take them to certain places to make different agreements. Additionally, we will perform high role play because it is our duty. We will punish those who do not comply with role play or break the role play rules, for example, we will take away their rank or kick them out of the gang because role play is important here.
