Jackk was born in a very small town in Manchester, England. His parents didn't really have much money growing up but they still tried to give him everything, After a while of living a nice and simple life his father turned everything around by joining a local gang and doing alot of illegal activities such as dealing drugs and buying/selling weapons. so Jackk decided to leave his family home and start a life of his own, he started on the streets of Manchester before getting his first ever job at a local store, he then moved into his very own apartment until his landlord decided to evict him, he then moved to San Andreas to start a new life and get away from his families criminal background.

Jackk started his new life in San Andreas as a taxi driver for a couple of months before joining EMS, he only did this to gain more time in the city as his life long goal was to join the San Andreas Highway Patrol. After 2 Years in EMS and working his way to Head Of the Medical Department, Jackk then decided to leave EMS to pursue his dream job as a Highway Patrol Trooper.
He did really well in the police academy and then started as a probie but with his skills and knowledge he managed to get COS of Swat after a couple of years at Sahp. But he started to get bored of always living a perfect life and soon he had started taking bribes and arresting poeple for no reason and after that he just kept going and became a corrupt cop turning his back to the law.
Outcomes:
1) Jackk Nova is able to trade/sell his kidnapped officers and his 10-15s to gangs ( With sufficient and realistic RP )
2) Jackk Nova can lie about requesting a lawyer to a 10-15 and instead process them, as well as not show his ID to conceal his identity.
3) Jackk Nova can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
4) Jackk Nova may take bribes (up to 100k & illegal items).
5) Jackk Nova , when arresting/letting go a suspect, is able to take all legal/illegal weapons instead of confiscating them.
6) Jackk Nova can engage in most criminal activities/break state laws while on or off duty, such as kidnapping cops if needed or if he felt that he is in a threat. ( not against server script highway robbing, atms)
7) Jackk Nova is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, break it (/do breaks bodycam).
