2. Why do you want to be the leader of this organization?
I had lots of experience in leo orgs (SCJ,AG,COS,DA,Major general) so finally i want to lead one and i find myself well experienced for that position.
FIB is one of the most critical organizations in the server so when i take it im gonna lead it with full discipline and professionalism.
I have some plans for HR and IA team, for example IA team will conduct weekly inspections similiar to governments state inspection.
HR team will make open training sessions, all newbies will join that training in the particular time settled by HR HC
As i was a SCJ and AG before i have pretty good knowledge about law, im not gonna give names but when we look at past terms there was some leaders having lack of knowledge when it comes to legislation and it doesnt make sense actually when you look at it logically.
I will directly take harsh actions against toxicity, rank chasing, abusing the rank perms etc.
I will show no mercy to those who dont deserve to be in FIB
How will you improve roleplay within the FIB?
As i mentioned above im planning to make settled open training sessions, also there will be special made-up trainings like hostage sit, store robbery.
Everything will be told to newbies physically not only by words.
Mostly after a while in state orgs, ranks mixes eachother some people gets demoted some people gets promoted without any proper reason and information.
I will harshly DO NOT allow rank below 27 to promote anybody or demote anyone without the information given to their HCs.
There will be a weekly meeting without no exception, all dept HCs will be there and we will discuss the situations we will make some changes if we need to and after that we will take the ideas from low-commands. Everybody will have the right to speak freely within the mirror of respect
If you give me that chance to lead that organization and finally use my experiences in leadership i would appreciate it!
