How could I receive a warning for Fail-RP in an OOC event? There is 0 RP involved with Clandestine as it's considered a red circle event. This is a wrongful punishment.

This is actually insane. Why were you punished for punching in a non-RP event for fail-RP. I'd also like to add that he ran up behind the person and hit him WHICH IS REALISTICALLY VERY POSSIBLE. Awful judgement on the punishment.

I don't understand why Vick even approved this.

This is odd to me. Cland is an OOC event which means there is zero RP involved. It’s just clapping. Unless he wasn’t wearing correct colors there is nothing you can get in trouble for at Clandestine.
