1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   I have really enjoyed my time in RP and created invited some great bonds, but I feel it is time to contribute in a more meaningful way. By being an admin, I could help support the entire community, consistently apply rules, and provide consistency across all players while providing the same enjoyable experience for everyone. I want to contribute in support of the growth of the server while still keeping it a fun and respectful place.
2. What are your strengths?
   Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to be calm and rational in decision-making even while under pressure, Solid knowledge of the server rules and a good understanding of RP standards, Experience with conflict resolution and support, Highly active and responsive during peak times.
3. What are your weaknesses?
   At times, I can be overly detail-focused, which may slow me down in fast-paced situations. However, I’m actively working on balancing thoroughness with efficiency.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
   A good understanding of RP mechanics and server policies, Leadership and team coordination, knowledge from managing in-game groups or managing a business model, Problem-solving mentality particularly reports on players and technical issues, Neutral and impartial when dealing with community issues.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business?
   I totally understand the rule and will either sell or transfer my business before taking on admin responsibilities. My attention will be solely focused on helping the community as an admin.
6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
   No, I don’t have any ongoing IRL issues that would affect my activity.
7. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
   I've been part of this community for a while now and I truly care about keeping it healthy and fair and fun for all the players. I am very open-minded and quick to learn. If the occasion arises when players need help, I will volunteer! I look for ways to lead by example and be professional in all situations.
