I would like to explain the situation regarding the complaint made against me. I saw someone I believed to be a regular player who wasn’t speaking, and I handcuffed them. I didn’t say anything at the time because, as an admin previously told me, when the red text appears in the left eye , it indicates that I have successfully handcuffed the person.

Since this notification confirms the action, I thought it was not necessary to say anything out loud. I was following what I understood from the rules and admin guidance. If I misunderstood anything or if there’s a better way to handle it in the future, I’m happy to learn and improve.
