Rejected Wrong Mute punishment .

Dear Grand RP Administration,


I am writing to formally complain about a mute I received on 11-06-2025 by Jason Pluxury which I believe was given unfairly and without proper justification. I was muted for palying music in Gastation no. 6 in rendom location then Mr. Jason Pluxury gave me mute for playing music in random area not green zone it was random area when i condemn his unlawful wrong action against me he even muted me from contact administrator , but I strongly believe this was a mistake due to the following reasons: you cannot give me mute to play music in random area , mute can only given if i was playing music in green zone .

This mute not only disrupted my RP experience but felt unjustified. I believe it may have been a misunderstanding or an overreaction.
