Good evening,
Today I joined for the first time event RED Light, Green Light, and for no reason, no contact or context this gentle man handcuff me and ran away.
I didn't see at the time as I writing to see if some can explain he event to me, also I wasn't even expecting this can happen, I didn't noticed until the event began and people start running, and I couldn't run; because the cuffs off course, which effect my performance in the event, and ruin the experience for me .

Rules for State:
5.2 LSPD/SAHP/FIB cannot stop a person, search him or ask for passport without an IC reason.
