Why Do I Want to Be the Leader of FIB?
So, why do I want to lead the FIB? That’s easy — because this has been my home since day one. I joined the city in its first week, and the FIB was the very first organization I ever stepped into. From that moment, I’ve been hooked on federal RP, and I’ve spent every term since learning, improving, and pushing to be better.
Now here’s the truth: I know I’m the underdog in this race. I’m aware that others might have louder voices, more popularity, or flashier reputations but that’s never stopped me before. What I have is real passion, solid experience, and the kind of drive that doesn’t burn out. I’m not here to play a character, I’m here to lead an actual team, build a community, and make something people want to be part of.
My Goals as Director
1. Keep the FIB Active 24/7
We need a federal presence around the clock. No ghost shifts, no inactive rosters. I'll make sure every time zone is covered and that people are excited to show up and do their job.
2. Bring Pride and Respect Back to the Organization
Somewhere along the way, agents stopped respecting each other — and it shows. I want this to be a place where agents hold their heads high, support each other, and take pride in what they do.
3. Build Out the Task Force + Bring in K-9 Units
This is something I’m really passionate about. K-9 units will bring a new level of realism and engagement to searches, raids, and routine stops. They’ll be a key part of an expanded task force that actually feels elite.
4. More Interrogation RP with a Clean System
We’re bringing back meaningful interrogation RP — no more chaos. With help from GOV and LSPD, we’ll build a fast, clean system that still gives players the space to get creative.
5. Add Departments + Fix the Rank Structure
I want a hostage negotiation team that’s trained and ready, and a stronger HR department to handle the day-to-day structure. These things matter when it comes to managing chaos and improving the flow during big events.
How I’d Improve RP in the Organization
- Recruit Smart: Bring in people who are here for the RP, not the ego trip.
- Train Harder & Better: Create a system that feels like federal training, not just checklists.
- Clean Up Comms: No more yelling, just calm, professional, and efficient radio work.
- Limit Corruption: IA will be made up of trusted, clean players who can do the job right.
- Support Growth: People mess up. That’s life. The goal is to teach, not tear down. I want the FIB to be a place people get better and not burned out.

Why You Should Choose Me
I might not be the loudest voice in the room, but I promise you this — I’ll outwork anyone. I’ve been in the city since day one. I’ve built my career from the ground up, and I know what this org needs to succeed.
I’m the underdog — and I own that. But I’m here to prove that being the underdog doesn’t mean you’re unqualified. It means you fight harder. It means you lead with heart, not just a title. I’ll make it my mission to become a great leader — not just for the FIB, but for this entire city.
All I need is the chance.
