2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1.I want to be leader of NG because I think that I have the ability to lead this particular organization as never before, who can make a group perfect and I will display whole new NG into action along with my well trained team.
I can assure that in my term NG will reach to a new heights and criminals will have a fear against the NG and a proper display of Roleplay.
2. Another reason of being me as the NG leader will allow the org to serve as an example to the whole city that how a legal org should run and what should it look like .
3. I'll accomplish this by making sure that each and every officer is well trained and responding to locals and global and can handle any situation with perfection. And for disciplinary measures there will be a warning system to assure healthy environment.
3. Your Advice for Improving the RolePlay Level in the Organization
1) I will make sure everyone is trained properly, able to communicate properly and have much freedom to pass his own ideas directly to leadership how can we improve .
2) Discipline is the key to run an organization so there will be warning system, different departments to handle there seperate works without much interference and good bonding.
3)Though we call this an organization, I say, we call us, a family where we look out for each other like brothers and sisters.
4) Every member should strictly abide by Server Rules and state rules. I will make sure of that.
5) There will be weekly promotion ceremony to acknowledge hard works of employees.
6) I will make sure to interact and give proper guidance to every member so everyone follows proper RP and that no one feels left out and lose interest in the ORG.
