2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

2.1 I have more than enough experience in government organizations considering that I only play in them on the server. NG, LSPD, FIB, SAHP, GOV, EMS. And I have a lot of experience in every domain of organizations. I am ready to be competent in any position I find myself in. Every day we have some new challenge and battle to overcome and I think only the sky is the limit. Likewise for this organization where new heights will be reached.

2.2 I understand that being the leader of this organization is very difficult and requires taking on a huge responsibility. I understand that the leader must follow and comply with the Curator's orders and instructions, and thus know all the rules of the server. I believe that I have the ability and skills to fulfill all the requirements that I have stated in the previous sentences, and that's why I want to apply to be the leader of this organization.

2.3 I Always Seen My Higher Ups Working For The LSPD And They Always Try To Do Their Best In Making The Organization Best And I Think that Im also capable to do so. Everybody in the Organization try to don't do any mistake and specially the High Commands Were in a Tention. Me also want to feel that feeling and try to take the Grand Position of Chief of Police.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 My best advice is friendly environment and team work, those are most important for any organization to be perfect and successful. People who are in organization they have to feel its another family. I want suggest few more steps want to implement by following.

3.2 I will give my officers good bonuses and time to time promotions so they will be happy and be motivated to handle any situations regarding crime in the city.

3.3 if i am awarded LSPD term so no corruption & no favoritism. And one additional thing if i get opportunity will make LSPD the most active organization.

Tell about Departments within LSPD:
Human Resource & Training (HR&T)
- This Department will look out for the people who wants to join, hire them and give them training from basics.

Internal Affairs (IA)
- The Internal Affairs Department plays a crucial role in keeping our community safe and secure. We’re always active and on alert, dedicated to enforcing regulations, maintaining order on the HQ, and investigating any incidents involving our personnel.

Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT)
- The SWAT Unit specializes in conducting covert missions, neutralizing high-value targets, and participating in advanced special forces training. During periods of low activity, SWAT will focus on securing key areas. I will make sure that this unit is fully present at all key events.

Traffic Enforcement (TE)
- I will make sure there are always 2 people towing, people giving fines. Also, they will be the ones teaching our officers how to drive properly in a situation or emergency. We can also conduct tow Raids within the city .

Public Relations (PR)
- hosting PR events and interaction with citizens.
