we responded to a 10-10 and the one i was shooting at was already been asked to leave by my self and my partner so many time then he was ramming us with the car then went away then when he came back that's when i started to shoot him he should also be punished for cr, he tried to kill me me with the car so many times so that give me the right to shoot i was always told
