While at Sandy hospital, in the parking lot, this person drives up and drives his car into the crowd causing us to interact with him. He gets out of the car and I see he is wearing a balaclava and asked him for identification to ascertain whether this was legal or not (I am currently COS in Gov and had no idea what org this person was/is in), he refused to show his id and instead pulls a gun out in the green zone and fires a shot at me, which is corruption as he should be in an org and GZ1.1. He also continued to refuse to interact and instead starts to speak to me only in ooc chat via left eye refusing to play out the RP we all were involved in.
